SmartGraft is the most intelligent choice for both men and women, seeking a permanent solution for hair loss. SmartGraft combines precision craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology instead of a scalpel.
SmartGraft FUE can be done more precisely and quicker than most other FUE techniques. Patients can return to their normal lives in a couple days, and the completed results will both appear and feel completely natural.
What are the Four Steps of the SmartGraft FUE Procedure?
At Beverly Hills Hair Restoration we believe in the power of utilizing the most advanced technology available. SmartGraft carefully extracts the hair follicles from the donor area. This allows for the grafts to have a better survival rate, by allowing the hair follicles to be isolated and not corrupted by unnecessary contact. The results are -- a thicker, healthier, more natural-looking head of hair -- for all genders and hair types.
1. Initial Consultation
The first step is the initial BHHR consultation. Our hair restoration surgeon will examine your medical history and proceed with a scalp evaluation, before recommending a plan specified for you. Our skilled physician will carefully explain the SmartGraft FUE procedure, determining the number of grafts you will need for natural-looking result. You will be instructed on what to do, wear and bring on the day of the procedure.
2. Collect Hair
The procedure begins with the implanted area being prepped, and a local anesthetic applied to numb the area. While your scalp is anesthetized, our surgeon uses the SmartGraft to carefully remove grafts from the donor area, allowing him to immediately collect, sort, count and store each graft in a temperature controlled and hydrated environment, before implantation, promoting graft survival, while improving the ability to regrow for improved results.
3. Implant Hair
After the grafts have been collected, our skilled surgeon strategically creates tiny openings for the grafts to be implanted. This step is paramount because the angle, density and placement of each graft will determine how natural your results appear.
4. After Process
On average, the SmartGraft hair transplant procedure takes a little more than five hours from start to finish, but some procedures may take longer, depending on the number of grafts required to achieve the desired results. You are strongly advised find a ride home, because the procedure requires a mild sedative.
Our expert physician will give you comprehensive instructions on what to expect, in the coming weeks, and how to properly wash and shampoo your newly transplanted hair. You can return to work the following day, remain fully activity, and in a few short days continue your fitness regimen. Months later everyone will notice your fuller, natural looking head of hair.
