Payam John Kahen MD Inc., dba Beverly Hills Hair Restoration, in Beverly Hills, CA seeks a Business Development Specialist to prepare reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text. Collect and analyze data on customer demographics and preferences to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand. Conduct research on consumer opinions and marketing strategies. Gather data on competitors and analyze their prices and method of marketing. Monitor industry statistics and follow trends. Attend staff conferences to provide management with information and proposals concerning the promotion and pricing of company products and services. Develop and implement procedures for identifying advertising needs. Responsible for translating and executing marketing objectives to expand the brand reach, drive traffic and improve product acquisition. Build and execute marketing strategies for each channel including but not limited to SEO, social, and email. Develop, plan, and execute marketing strategies to drive sales. Ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment through all customer touch points including digital, social, collateral, events, advertising, PR, partnerships, promotions, and windows. Create and oversee social media marketing. Must have: Bachelor in Business Administration or Marketing plus 2 years of work experience in business management or operations including knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media marketing demonstrated by 3 months of relevant work experience (which can be included within the 2 years of experience required in business management or operations) or completion of relevant courses. Master in Business Administration or Marketing plus knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce, and social media marketing demonstrated by 3 months of relevant work experience OR completion of relevant courses will substitute for the Bachelor’s Degree plus two years of work experience as referenced above.
